Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for standard industry business, focus on software solution business development
    - Push standard industry product business growth by software solution business
    - New product launch and introduction to market
    - Research and identify  new business opportunities
    - Establish successful typical case for new product or new application
    - Develop business promotion program
  • Work on market strategy and relevant sales force guidance for responsible product line
    - Work closely with sales team and channels team for marketing initiatives implementation
    - Plan and perform marketing campaigns, e.g. exhibition, advertisement, conference and so on.
    - Conduct the product price policy in direct or indirect channel
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence for business judgement
    - Develop and contribute insights in terms of the macro economy, regional industry & market trends on regular basis.
    - Monitor competitors tactical & strategic moves and suggest relevant counter actions
    - Work closely with segment specialist to identify business potential in key segments
    - Assess business opportunities and risks for key accounts through related data analysis
  • Training & support
    - Develop or prepare the marketing or sales tools for sale team
    - Provide technical support to sales force
    - On-site supports for key accounts and new application
    - Conduct product and application training for sales force

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education
    - Bachelor degree (Prefer to Engineering background)
  • Working years
    - Internal :
    - GPM score is above 3,  Experiences in software integration & project management is preferred
    - External:
    - Minimum 3 years of product marketing work experience in related field
    - Experiences in software integration & project management is preferred
  • Professional skill
    - Good experience in IT and software technology
    - Strong presentation skills and experience with varied audiences
    - Excellent in data analysis with Microsoft office skill or other marketing tools
    - Integrity team spirits, strong execution, working efficiently under pressure
    - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
    - Strong project management and process control experience
    - Frequent traveling is required
