Web Content Management Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Web Content Management Specialist for the Industrial Division will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Division's eBusiness content management tasks and associated projects. In addition editing and organizing translations for site content, this person will work closely with the Junior eMarketing Manager and global partners to optimize our programs and implement innovative solutions for traffic and lead generation. Web Content Management Specialist will be supported by an external content specialists in India for simple/mass content adaptations.

Your role:

  • Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software) including translations.
  • Act as the main liaison between the central-function eTeam in agreement with either the Junior eMarketing Manager or the eChampion of the Industrial Division.
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
  • Work with a cross-departmental team, maintain different web properties (product pages, campaign pages etc.).
  • Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors – e.g. translation agency to manage content translations.
  • Implement the divisional campaigns (eMail, Landingpage) according to global Marketing Plan.
  • Create content for other global programs as given by Junior eMarketing Manager or eChampion.
  • Responsible for assuring high quality content creation, be the specialist for Content Management and lead a content specialists (separate team in India) – receiving initial guidance by Junior eMarketing Manager.
  • If required smaller image as well as HTML/CSS adaptations.
  • Manage Sales Tools Content.
  • Release Testing on a monthly basis.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing content and production for professional websites.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
  • Experience with popular Content Management System, Adobe’s CQ5 would be an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English Philology, Web Design/ Graphics Design or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Keen to work in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be an asset.
