Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Key Purpose of the Role:

- Maximise the effectiveness of direct field sales force by producing a high quality value add and working as a team towards agreed targets

- Provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded in an efficient, professional and timely manner

- Expedite lead to order conversion time and rates by increased customer touches and through providing high quality and timely solution to customer enquiries

- Prospecting of selected customers via tele call and emails


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

- Provide high quality service for Incoming calls from customers and prospects related to leads, quotes or orders

- Leads registration, qualification and distribution

- Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision and closing

- Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers

- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads

- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas

- Customer prospecting by on demand leads generation

- Updates job knowledge by studying new customer solutions

- Generating cross leads to other divisions


Technical Advisory and Solution Advocate

- Demonstrate customer benefits by understanding and providing simple technical solution to customer requirements

- Able to resolve basic product problems faced by the customers

- Advocate key MT values across to customers


Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management

- Deliver a top quality experience from leads to delivery stage

- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating benefits and operational improvements.

- Establish long term relationship with potential customer through deep engagement

- Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system

Mandatory:

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or Degree, preferable in Sciences, Business Administration or Marketing (or a related/equivalent field)

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position or in a technical position

- Knowledge in government tender document will be advantage added

- Understanding of sales & distribution with basic project management skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
