Ihre Aufgaben
- New Product Development (80%)
- Track the developing products as project's team member by creating the testing plan, design & maintain & run the test cases and monitoring the plan execution.
- Manage the existing software test cases and it's scripts, perform software update testing
- Evaluate the product's quality and deliver the testing working report such as test plan, test report on time.
- As project test leader, arrange the test resources and track all test-associated task, reporting the project quality status.
- Software test know-how building (20%)
- Research and track the latest testing theory and technology, push the use of new technology in the testing team, and continuously push the improvement of testing efficiency
- Continuously improve the test process and improve the test efficiency
- Supply the training to the other testers
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor or above, Computer, Software Engineering or similar education background (MUST)
- At least 2 years of software test experience(MUST) -
- Experience with Software Agile development and matched software test (MUST)
- Master product/software testing procedure, tools and method(MUST)
- Master one or more script language such Python/VBScript.（MUST）
- Strong project management and process control experience(MUST)
- Testing management experience are preferred (PLUS)
- Be familiar with the PLC programming(PLUS)
- Be familiar with the Electronic Hardware design or testing(PLUS)
- Be good at PC tool developing (PLUS)
- Experience/knowledge with Big Data application and IoT application (PLUS)
- Be good at project/team collaboration, one team spirit (PLUS)
- Excellent English and Global team experience (PLUS)
