Ihre Aufgaben
- Support existing C accounts (inbound and outbound calls/emails) and ensure their presentation of our range is up to date and complete.
- Encourage sales through C accounts by carrying out campaigns agreed with RSM.
- Utilise Sequoia methodology to create call lists for campaigns, identify portfolio expansion and growth opportunities and develop existing C accounts.
- Develop prospect list for region of dealers likely to be able to sell our lab product range.
- Monitor competitor activities in C accounts.
- Maintain records in CRM of the C dealers and contacts.
- Prepare monthly report on progress made as designed by Regional Sales Manager.
Ihr Profil
- At least 2 years' experience working in Sales (preferably by phone) or Customer Support area.
- Fluency in French, Spanish and English.
- Professional, proactive, communicative and customer focused personality.
- Results driven and winning mentality: you are a “people person”.
- Scientific background would be an asset.
