Business Process Trainer

Ihre Aufgaben

The primary focus of this position is to deliver trainings (onsite, virtual) and design training materials in order to support METTLER TOLEDO employees across the globe. 

Your role: 
  • Provide technical process trainings to METTLER TOLEDO locations across the world. 
  • Own the particular Business Process training program. 
  • Prepare and update training materials such as documentation, videos, e-learnings, with latest enhancements. 
  • Create, test and maintain training system. 
  • Maintain business relations with global and local SAP Experts focused on learning & development matters. 
  • Align with stakeholders in order to improve training catalogues, learning & development programs. 
  • Report regularly to Training Lead on the issues and progress of training scheduled.

Ihr Profil

  • Previous experience in conducting trainings and preparing training materials in English.
  • Excellent English skills. 
  • Experience in virtual and multicultural teamwork with limited supervision. 
  • Ability to work under time pressure (you manage your own work independently). 
  • Readiness for international travels up to 30-40% (currently we work on MS Teams but in standard circumstances we travel abroad :))
Your additional assets
  • Knowledge of training tools such as: iSpring, Camtasia, Animaker, uPerform, LMS. 
  • Experience with SAP (particularly the area of Sales and Marketing).
