Contract Administration Intern

Ihre Aufgaben

The Contract Administration Intern is a self-motivated, process oriented person with attention to details. The candidate will support our internal customers, with assignments from data cleanup to new project rollouts. Individuals will be responsible for various tasks supporting our service contracts and pricing agreements. The ideal candidate brings experience in Excel, Project Management, and document control. Within this role, you will:

  • Interface with internal and external customers to provide information about contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Establish new contracts in the SAP business system in accordance with new or revised commercial relationships.
  • Work closely with field personnel to help with the establishment or revision of contracts.
  • Initiate and execute the contract renewal process.
  • Enter customer contract related information into the SAP business system accurately.
  • Research and analyze special projects as assigned.
  • Presents ideas; collects and organizes recommendations from feedback of stakeholders and internal resources
  • Acts as engaged part of the team; presents excellence in professionalism and communication in daily interactions

Ihr Profil

  • Must be pursuing a (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. Applicable fields of study include Marketing, Communications, Business or Engineering.
  • Proficient-to-advanced M/S Office skills including Excel, Access (or other database) Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to use presentation skills is also beneficial for the delivery of logistical and informational aspects of training.
  • Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, decision making and multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • ·         Initiative/self-motivation and creativity.
