Ihre Aufgaben
- Providing Support for Customers in Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Assist customers in order process and provide the most current shipping status on existing orders.
- Arranging of pick-up/transfer of cargo with logistics providers.
- Coordination with Customers, Financial Dept., Logistics Dept., and Dealer Managers about the conditions of orders and shipments to MEA region.
- Improvement of the Service Lever for MEA customers by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Export documentation processing.
Ihr Profil
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in international trade (Payment conditions, Incoterms).
- High organisational and communication skills, focus on quality and problem solving skills.
