Customer Service Agent with Italian and Spanish

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Providing Support for customers (our distributors) on the Hotline.
  • Resolving customer's complaints. 
  • Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Assisting customers with the order process and provide the most current shipping status on existing orders.

Ihr Profil

  • Proficient knowledge of Italian (is a must) and Spanish (is desired) languages. 
  • Previous experience in Customer Service. 
  • Customer orientation and very good communication skills are required.
  • Very good organizational skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English is required as this is our business official language.
