Customer Service Internship

Ihre Aufgaben

Our customer service team is seeking an intern needs your support by answering customer calls for service, verifying and/or establishing the commercial requirements of the transaction.  You will assist with assignments from data cleanup to new project rollouts. You will be responsible for various tasks around customer service and improving the overall customer experience.  The ideal candidate brings experience in Customer Service and report analysis. Also within this role, you will: 

  • Interface with internal and external customers to provide information about service orders
  • Establish new service orders in the SAP business system in accordance with new or revised commercial relationships.
  • Enter customer contact related information into the SAP business system accurately.
  • Research and analyze special projects as assigned.
Presents ideas; collects and organizes recommendations from feedback of stakeholders and internal resources
Acts as engaged part of the team; presents excellence in professionalism and communication in daily interactions

Ihr Profil

  • Must be pursuing a (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. Applicable fields of study include Business, Marketing or Communications.
  • Proficient-to-advanced M/S Office skills including Excel, Access (or other database) Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to use presentation skills is also beneficial for the delivery of logistical and informational aspects of training.
  • Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, decision making and multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Initiative/self-motivation and creativity.
