Customer Service Executive

Ihre Aufgaben

Key Purpose of the Role:
Customer Service - handling internal and external customer enquiries and generate service quotation

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal Sales/Service and RBO Team to ensure smooth running of daily operations i.e
- ensure order process
- coordinate with internal and external customer
  • Liaise closely with Logistics Team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods
  • Prepare service quotation and follow up quote
  • Handling to daily customers calls, enquiries and complaints
  • Co-ordinate Supportive Division travelling arrangement (local & oversea)
  • Handling PR for service tools, part and calibration adhoc request and arrangement
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superiors

Ihr Profil

Competencies:
  • Good Communications skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Problem resolution skills

Mandatory:
  • At least a Diploma, Advance Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably in Customer Support
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written; Verbal Mandarin knowledge is an added advantage
