Delivery Lead

Ihre Aufgaben

Delivery Lead role in our company is combination of 2 areas: Scrum Master duties (including coaching team members on Agile methodologies though the transformation times), as well as supporting teams within technical aspects related to release and cutover management.
In this role, you will ensure the proper delivery of SAP implementation topics for specific template enhancement initiatives. Ultimately, you’ll help create friendly, streamlined working environment for our product teams. 

Your role: 
  • Guide the delivery team on how to use the relevant agile practices and methodology based on the context of the situation with a strong focus on continuous improvement. 
  • Oversee delivery and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection and adaption. 
  • Help the team to “fail fast” using data to build learning. You will be an active participant and facilitator of important team activities retrospectives. 
  • Nurture and inspire the team to take responsibility for their delivery process and the outcomes they deliver. 
  • Create a supportive and trusting environment to support full team engagement. Foster close cooperation and communication across all team members; encourage cross-training and team support. 
  • Manage interdependencies between delivery teams (Internal and External). 
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to support short and long-term planning and to prioritise deliverables on an ongoing basis. 
  • Define team objectives and key results (OKR’s), oversee delivery against these and team KPI’s, hold the team accountable for achieving, taking required action to drive team performance. 
  • Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery and shield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity. 
  • Evolve agile and lean techniques through the practice of continuous improvement

Ihr Profil

  • At least 2 years' experience as scrum master. 
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile and/or SCRUM approach. 
  • Fluent English. 
  • Ability to easily communicate to different seniority levels. 
  • Commitment to achieving delivery targets.
  • Attention to details, shows initiative and follows-through. 
  • Eligibility to work in Poland.
Your additional assets:
  • SAP implementation, transport management and cutover experience.
  • Practical knowledge of SAFe.
  • CSM/PSM/CLP certification.
