Ihre Aufgaben
Under general supervision, works and coordinates with the Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure information from design and the PLM system (Teamcenter) is created and correctly transferred into the ERP system (SAP). Acts as a point of communication between the Engineering department and the Production departments to ensure the correct procurement and planning of new materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Creates materials and sub-assemblies from Teamcenter in SAP
Uploads non-standard system Bill of Materials (BOMs) from Teamcenter to SAP
Maintains system current BOMs and communicate future changes with Supply Chain
Respond to Quality Notifications related to the BOM
Orders long lead-time items using Independent Requirements in SAP
Record BOM changes as directed by Engineering, depending on the state of release for parts, sub-assemblies, and systems
Assist in development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures of the BOM process
Create training materials for future BOM Coordinators
Assist procurement with cost data and provides cross-functional communication of cost impact from creation/maintenance of BOM
Aid engineering in determining cost impact of Engineering Changes
Structure new designs from Teamcenter and oversee the release of systems and new drawings into SAP
Aid in creating and submitting materials for enrichment.
Maintains highest achievable 5S ratings throughout all areas of responsibility
Always considers the company Green Initiative when planning activities, procuring supplies or disposing of materials or other assets

Prerequisites (Education, Experience):
Technical Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in a data administration or a similar role preferred
Experience in performing PLM engineering or operational transactions, preferably using SAP ERP system
Understanding of product lifecycle management and MRP processes
Microsoft Office proficient with experience using complex spreadsheets
