GL Accountant

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Perform daily accounting duties referring to GL and FA related transactions of various reporting units.
  • Execute financial data collection and analysis to ensure ledger accuracy and integrity with other systems and data interfaces, in compliance with the Controller’s manual and with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Research, track and resolve accounting problems reported by business units.
  • Post all relevant accounting transactions and reviewing of month end close including balance sheet account analysis, review, reconciliation & resolution.
  • Manage accounting master data (company code level).
  • Prepare and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual Group reports.
  • Coordinate the resolution of any intercompany reconciliation issues with impacted business units.
  • Interact with internal and external auditors and supports quarter end, interim and year-end audits.

Ihr Profil

  • At least 3 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting.
  • Very good (B2) knowledge of English.
  • Experience with ERP system, preferably with SAP.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking or Economics.
  • Attention to details, numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to take decisions based on independent judgements on non-standard cases.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or other European language will be an asset.
