Global Service Program Specialist

It is anticipated that the Service Program Specialist will split his/her time as follows:


o   Together with the Global Service Program Manager, define and own the overall business concept and roadmap for the Physical Evidence program.

o   Work with the MiraCal and Doc Generator Program Manager and the DBS (IT services) Business Analyst to prioritize foundational and architectural changes to the system.

o   Collaborate with the DBS group to define roadmaps and delivery timelines for various projects that span several months and occur in parallel.

o   Collaborate with the product SBUs (Business Units) within the organization to gain buy-in on harmonization efforts, program deliverables and priorities of projects.

o   Align MiraCal and Doc Generator solution requirements and business needs with Infield solutions and capabilities as well as with other global programs.

o   Manage development and delivery schedules including performing tests to confirm that results meet requirements and identifying, training and guiding participants needed through the necessary testing phases (SIT-process owner testing, UAT- field testing).

o   Communicate and drive program advancement within the service businesses in order to gain adoption.  This is done through onsite, WebEx, face-to-face presentations and demonstrations, as well as marketing communication development.

o   Provide and create reporting and dashboards on physical evidence performance metrics across MO’s, SBU’s and other business groups

§  This reporting shall occur on a monthly and annual cycle

§  Provide publications to the appropriate audience on cycle as an automated process

o   Ensure all solutions align with and promote global service harmonization strategies and processes.

·        Superior verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with those who do not use English as a primary language

·        Proven effectiveness in leading and participating in diverse (geographic, cultural and disciplinary) team environments

·        Ability to lead without direct management responsibility including leading business discussions to elicit internal and external needs to define requirements and end-to-end solutions

·        Ability to solve business problems and deal with a variety of variables, in situations where only limited standardization exists

·        Technical know-how and skills for specifying, testing, training and supporting computer, network and Web-based service applications and solutions

·        Creative and marketing communications skills for developing sales and marketing materials and programs targeting channels and customers

·        Experience working with SQL and reporting tools to ensure world class dashboards and reporting metrics

Education and/or Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering, Business or Marketing

·        Experience working in a global team and collaborating across multiple time-zones and countries

·        Exposure and experience with ERP systems and integrations a plus

1-3 years of product or software management with demonstrated experience in development, deployment and support of a product lifecycle
