The Sales Coordinator proactively supports the Field Sales rep to increase their sales efficiency and deliver division revenue target as well as supporting the Field Sales reps with outbound calls by qualifying accounts and making initial contact calls with potential customers. 

• Generate sales revenue for the business division, including low value quoting for existing customers, pipeline management, outbound calling of prospective customers, qualification and appointment generation. 
• Make outbound calls to maintain and record accurate customer/prospect records on customer relationship management system (CRM). 
• Create and deliver qualified leads to relevant Field Sales Rep for quotations. 
• Arrange at least 50% of the sales force guidance appointments for strategic business unit. 
• Generate and follow up of mid-low value quotes for the division.
• Prepare overdue opportunity reports for the Field Sales Reps, using CRM saved searches. 
• Capture accurate and complete information in CRM. 
• Identify potential cross-divisional needs of MT products and services, through effective questioning and completion of customer analysis to generate sales revenue. 
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences. Effectively handling objections and dealing with e-lead escalations and customer complaints. 
• Any other reasonable request compatible with the job description as identified for business needs.

Ihr Profil

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our fast paced, high energy sales team here in Leicester. We are looking for a motivated, proactive and enthusiastic person who is a team player and has the desire to achieve individual and team targets. 
You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive work ethic and the desire to achieve your goals, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service. To succeed you will already have significant experience gained in a telephony environment, be confident using IT systems and have previous experience working to KPI's and meeting deadlines. 

Ideally you will have a background within a Scientific, Chemical or Engineering industry as this will assist you in learning about our products and services, however this is not essential as full training will be provided. The most important skills are customer service, sales and building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships. Previous experience gained within an administrative role would be beneficial.
