We are currently looking for a LabX Global Software Technical Consultant. This position is responsible for performing billable professional consulting related to the LabX instrument control and data collection software platform.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as consultant and expert for the lab platform software (LabX)
- Regionally focused consulting for Lab solutions at global accounts (Region: North and South America)
- Work as post sales in consultative capacity and support pre-sales as required to build sales pipeline.
- Workflow (LabX methods) development for all LabX compatible instrument types including Balances, Titrators, Density Meter, Refractometers, UVVIS spectrophotometers, pH devices, Melting Point devices and Quantos.
- Provide services for customer implementations and installations in both regulated and non-regulated environments.
- Onsite requirements gathering, process definition and working directly with users to the point of delivering a complete solution to implementation status of lab applications in LabX software
- Coordinate and perform advanced customer training
- Act as project lead of regional LabX projects managing and coordinating regional and global lab business units integration projects
- Train and coach internal resources to increase their level of competence
- Keep current with laboratory regulations from entities like USP, FDA, MHRA, and WHO.
- Responsible for the communication and coordination of consulting activities and for balancing multiple projects and priorities while participating on cross-functional teams within LGKS (LabX Global Key account Support).
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time nationwide.
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Computer Engineering/Science
- Experience with computer and application validation, cGMPs, and 21 CFR Part 11 in an FDA regulated environment.
- Lab experience (lab work experience and instrument knowledge)
- Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Conferencing services such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx, etc.
- Consulting experience of lab platforms in a regulated environment, e.g. implementation and validation of a lab platform, development of lab applications
- Project management experience, skills and the ability to manage projects and carry the project lead.
- Problem solving ability along with excellent communication skills and diplomacy with customers are critical to the performance in the position.
- Interpersonal skills, communication skills, and working in a team-based environment are essential for success in this position.
