As a member of the UK Laboratory Division Leadership Team you will be responsible for business growth and support of automation and Software products and solutions as well as the ongoing development of the division as a whole.

Working with customers and prospects alike you will support the Lab sales teams to identify and develop automation and software opportunities focused on efficiency and effectiveness in laboratory workflows as well as data integration projects.

You will work across both presales activities as well as post sales implementation and optimization and will have direct line management responsibility for our LabX Specialist.

Ihr Profil

High level understanding of lab instrumentation
Experience of use and support a wide range of analytical techniques including high throughput sampling and automation solutions
Experience of software implementation associated with instrumentation
Experience supporting Field Sales and customers across a wide range of products and services
Successfully manage time, plans, people and projects effectively
A bachelors degree or higher in science including significant use of instrumentation
Experience training staff and customers
