Manager of SEC Reporting

This position will be responsible for supporting the external reporting processes and compliance along with performing accounting research projects in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This position will also work with 65 reporting unit controllers regarding accounting and reporting matters, as necessary. In addition, the incumbent will work with our external and internal auditors.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drives our SEC reporting efforts including the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and all other SEC filings
  • Daily interaction with unit controller (~65 Controllers within ~40 countries)
  • Manage the internal accounting policy and procedures manual used by the ~65 global controllers and provide training as necessary
  • Support evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards
  • Work closely with the Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Legal departments concerning issues for public disclosure.
  • Work closely with external auditor
  • Assist with monthly reporting and analytical review

Ihr Profil

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a related field, a CPA and a minimum of 5 years of public accounting and/or industry experience.

  • Experience with multi-national companies
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Stong verbal and written communication skills
  • General computer knowledge
  • Experience with financial consolidation software such as Hyperion or SAP is a plus
