Market Manager (Junior/Regular)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Market analysis and Product Line development:
    • Monitor the market including competition and create the necessary actions,
    • Collect and analyse market needs from sales force, dealers and end-customers,
    • Define requirements for successor products,
    • Market surveys and monitoring including figures analysis (eg. sales/products/dealer category/dealer group),
    • Participation in global Marketing and Market Management circles,
  • Define focus market segments including requirements and target,
  • Propose Marketing activities based on market situation,
  • Participation to pricing strategy management:
    • List Prices setting based on market situation, SBU and Group requirements,
    • Discount Policy input (qty discounts/p-code, category),
  • Daily Product Portfolio Management (Ohaus and OEM):
    • Coordination role between market (RSMs / DMs, customers) and SBU (PMs in strategic Business Unit),
    • Phase-in / Phase-out planning and communication,
  • Product introduction coordination for EMEA:
    • Setup of Introduction plan,
    • Input to Business Area for marketing activities:
      • Segments targeted,
      • Marketing tools,
      • Advertisement / Promotions,
  • Forecasting input to HUB and SBU,
  • Product Data Management in different tools (eShop, Price List, website, DMX, etc.) in coordination with Marcom, Operation and After Sales,
  • Support and participation to product sales trainings.

Ihr Profil

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in either Marketing/Sales or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Laboratory market ideally with weighing experience.
  • Experience with technical products would be an asset.
  • Experience in collaboration B2B environment.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills; any other language i.e. German would be an asset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
