We're looking for a specialist who can help define what needs to be done and then execute it in an environment characterized by flexibility, data-driven curiosity and teamwork.

As a Marketing automation project specialist your main responsability will be optomaizing scale marketing automation and operations globally

Your responsibilities: Managing METTLER TOLEDO's online marketing nurturing campaigns.
Operate and analyze global marketing campaigns automation for leads generation.
Supporting on defining and implementing new automation uses cases integrating online and offline tools.
Managing various projects in the area of marketing automation.
Analyze, monitor and report on KPIs related to marketing automation and campaign performance.
Be an expert on the latest trends, seek out industry best practices, and proactively incorporate relevant ideas and create regular growth marketing experiments.

Ihr Profil

2+ years working in marketing automation (Oracle Eloqua preferred) and integration with CRM systems (SAP preferred). Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing,
Business or Computer Science Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors.
Process-oriented - both in following and improving existing processes as well as creating new ones.
Problem-solving maven, excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills, ability to think strategically while implementing fast and keeping it simple.
Flexible and reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Technical affinity and analytical curiosity. You enjoy working in international and interdisciplinary teams via online communication tools.
