Ihre Aufgaben
- Partner with hiring team to build effective sourcing, assessment and with ability to manage customer/partner expectations
- Facilitate the end to end recruitment process by Implementing new process and fine tuning current standard process, utilize a talent database to find good candidates to meet our customer's needs
- Provide expert advice/coaching to hiring managers during the recruitment process
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company
- Work with business, unit HR and C&B team to determine the salary range and negotiate offer with candidates
- Participate/lead/design recruitment related project/initiatives by using best practice and leveraging of internal /external sources
Ihr Profil
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in human resources or science and engineering
- Working years
- At least 4-5 working experiences in HR or talent acquisition field;
- Professional skill
- Good English skill
- Good communication skill, team work sprit
- Skilled in MS office
