Order Entry Administrator

Ihre Aufgaben

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    Order Management (Domestic and Export)

Enter new equipment, demo and parts orders following established procedures and best practices.

Process free-of-charge (FOC) and warranty request orders, in coordination with authorized return material requests.

Issue quotes for parts orders to ensure correct materials and pricing.

Execute daily reports to review order statuses.

Work with Production Order Manager Team on delivery commitments.

Press for resolution when changes or concerns are raised.

Coordinate purchase requisitions for items not assembled in Lutz or Royston facilities.

    Coordinate shipping activities (Domestic and Export)

Monitor pending shipments to ensure they are ready for Outbound to arrange.

Communicate readiness of goods to customers and freight companies on pick up orders.

Provide shipping estimates as requested.

Arrange pickups on returning equipment.

    Controlling Invoicing

Generate payment invoices throughout order.

Understand special terms requirements for compliance.

    Control Documentation and Continuous Improvement

Follow all requirements for compliance.

    Prepare monthly reports

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Multi-Task

    Highly Professional

    Detail Oriented

    Able to work well as a team

    Change priorities quickly

    Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)

    Windows office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, One Note, Teams)

    Experience in CRM and ERP(SAP) systems


Prerequisites (Education, Experience):

    Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

    5 years' experience in sales support role
