Regional Back-Office Executive (Service Back-Office) Japanese Speaker

Key Purpose of the Role:

This position has end to end accountability to deliver operational efficiencies in Service Back-office of Far EAST ASIA, especially Japan. As an early member of the RBO's Japan team, he/she will be responsible for understanding the business processes and customers in Japan, and will be responsible for future leadership roles of Support Team for Japan.


Specific Roles:

  • Manages the timely, accurate and compliant processing of service transaction in SAP (eg; create service order, follow-up service task, maintain service data, release service contract, etc)
  • Assures timely and useful updates on service transactions to the internal customer
  • Daily communication with internal customers to resolve aging transaction and propose proper suggestion
  • Work collaboratively to address stakeholders' needs and solve their concerns
  • Provide KPI reports to measure service level and customer satisfactory index
  • Execute Month End activities
  • Monitor overall teams house-keeping to close pending service transactions
  • Partner with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Using the language talent, support to SAP Roll-in project for Japan office (eg; User Training, Data cleansing, Testing)

Ihr Profil

Competencies:

  • Learning agility
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skill; approaching, active listening, problem solving

Mandatory:

  • Fluent level of Japanese Speaking and English
  • Expatriate Japanese also preferred who living in Malaysia
  • Bachelor degree
  • 2-3 SAP order processing experience is preferred
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • Required to observe the national and public holidays of Japan
