Mettler Toledo Process Analytics is a leading supplier to end-users and system integrators for liquid and gas analytical measurement solutions to control production processes.
We are seeking a bright and agile business development professional to implement strategies for optimizing the channel sales network. As a dynamic person with a passion to engage and drive continuous process improvement you will be a key contributor to our territory sales goals. Your skills to develop, manage and guide a sales team will ensure your success.
This sales leadership position proactively engages manufacturer's representatives in sales and support of Mettler-Toledo Process Analytics hygienic products and services, through the designated sales channel area. You will coordinate and assist the manufacturer’s representatives with training on new products and services within clearly defined annual goals. 
The Northeast Hygienic Region supports emerging applications across Bio-Pharm, Life-Sciences, Food and Beverage, Water Purification Systems, and Micro-Electronics. 
The territory covers CT, RI, VT, Upstate NY and Western PA and can be covered mostly by car,  with occasional flights depending on your state of residence. 
Up to 50% overnight travel, monthly. We are adhering to strict COVID-19 safety protocols to ensure all employees are protected while traveling on business.
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will develop and implement annual sales force guidance and penetration plans, for the region with each Rep agency. 
Provide value based sales guidance and support to the sales channel to gain market penetration and radiation into key hygienic markets.

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Science (or equivalent combination of work experience and education )
  • Experience working with managing manufacturer’s representatives, indirect sales channel.
  • Ability to succeed while working through others, teamwork.
  • Superior planning and organization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communications skills.
  • Confident speaking in public or leading On-Line / Virtual presentations. 
  • Comfort with travel up to 50%, monthly.
