Ihre Aufgaben
- Enter orders into ERP system received directly from the customer via email.
- Prompt and accurate input of all order related details, respecting time deadlines.
- Answer to order related customer queries via email.
- Assure database integrity by validating and correcting the data housed within our CRM.
- Provide project management for complicated orders by using the tracking capabilities afforded by the system to assure that all possible bookings are converted to billings as quickly as timelines allow.
- Follow process of returns.
- Close cooperation with French team.
- Following team goals.
Ihr Profil
- 1-2 years' professional experience in similar positions.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written French (min. B2 level).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and provide excellent customer support.
- Very good organizational skills, ensuring successful remote team cooperation.
Additionally, if you are familiar with these area that would be an asset:
- User experience in any ERP system.
- Good knowledge of Italian.
