Sales Executive OEM

Following the continued growth of business within the Industrial division, we are looking to recruit a new position to drive growth within our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Team, with a specialist focus on Automated Precision Weighing (APW).

The METTLER TOLEDO Industrial Weighing Division is a leading supplier to the pharma, chemistry, food, OEM and transport & logistic segments. The division provides application solutions, software and service in the areas of raw material, production, packaging, check and transport.

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic sales professional with a demonstrable knowledge of automated machinery and system integration. In this role, you will establish strong working relationships with existing customers and actively seek to grow our market share through targeted sales strategies.

This role presents the opportunity to define and lead the growth of Mettler-Toledo's unrivalled world-class precision weighing solutions in the UK market place. Industry 4.0 is redefining automation in manufacturing, this role will be pivotal in defining how the next generation of machines succeed.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • To grow UK sales in Industrial products sold through the OEM channel with particular focus on Automated Precision Weighing
  • Target defined High Potential Accounts and Opportunities
  • Gather Account & Market knowledge and develop into account penetration strategies
  • Make full use of provided sales tools, including SET & CRM, to leverage full sales & marketing benefit
  • Sell METTLER TOLEDO, including SSPOS, cross-SBU and cross-divisional activities

Ihr Profil

We are seeking a target driven and self motivated Sales Professional who will ideally have a proven track record of selling Industrial products and capital equipment.  

In addition to this we are also looking for:

·         A background in Engineering and ideally educated to degree level

·         Experience of preparing and delivering customer presentations

·         Experience of selling into a variety of industries

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·         Experience working on a CRM system, ideally SAP

·         Experience of working with automation & control equipment would be advantageous.
