Our analytical equipment is more integrated into the IT network of our customers via our software solution Lab-X. You will support our sales team and our customers, pre- and after sales, how to implement this integration and how to use the LAB-X software to develop measurement methods and collect measurement data. For this you will need next to your chemical background, a strong interest/skills in IT, without having the need to be a software developer. We also ask you to be an (co-)owner of special projects, to coordinate and perform advanced customer training (on & off site). You are the product manager, using the 'train the trainer' concept and driving the creation and execution of the Marketing Plan in close corporation with our Marketin department. You will also be responsible for the LAB Competence center at our Benelux Headquarters in Tiel.

• Bachelor degree or another educational background in an analytical, laboratory, chemical field of study; 
• 2-4 years working in a B2B environment (preferably);
• Good sales & communication skills on all levels within the organization of the customer;
• IT specialism or interest (network experiences/knowledge);
• Dutch and English language skills, French would be desirable; 
• Based in MO-Tiel (NL) – living within acceptable distance (appr. max. 50 km);
• Up-to-date with Laboratory Regulations from topics like USP, FDA, ISO;
• You are a team player and report to the Sales Manager Laboratory Instruments Benelux; 
• Willingness to travel within the Benelux (appr. 30-50% of the time).
