In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, support and improvement of our IT infrastructure related solutions with a global scope. You will be joining an international team of Engineers from Europe, Asia and the United States, contributing to optimize our IT infrastructure services continuously.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate, support and improve our global enterprise infrastructure based on technologies from VMWare, Microsoft, Dell Technologies and RedHat,
• Provide professional and customer focused support services in the 2nd level support tier,
• Participate in daily monitoring, troubleshooting, on-call duties and maintenance activities,
• Fulfill and automate service request delivery,
• Take ownership of lifecycle related activities for VMWare solutions and Dell hardware,
• Act as a subject matter expert for VMWare solutions, striving for standard solutions,
• Constantly document, update and enhance our operating procedures,
• Support projects within and outside the Datacenter area with your expertise.

• Bachelor degree in engineering (Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent),
• At least 3 years' experience in implementing, managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure's with a focus on VMWare and Dell datacenter solutions,
• Proven experience in scripting, automating and orchestrating infrastructure related procedures (PowerShell, JSON, REST API, other welcome),
• Experience and certification in additional areas are a benefit:
• VMware: vSphere, vDS, vSAN, vRealize (Operations, LogInsight, Automation), Horizon View,
• Dell: VxRail, PowerEdge, VMAX, RecoverPoint for VM, Cisco SAN,
• Microsoft: Server OS, SCCM, MDT/WDS, SQL, Azure,
• RedHat: RHEL, Ansible, Satellite,
• Methodologie's: ITIL (ServiceNow), Agile, Lean, DevOps,
• Excellent English written and spoken,
• Strong time management and organizational skills,
• Authentic, self-driven team player with a result-oriented and positive attitude,
• Initiative, flexible and reliable,
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
