Back-Office Specialist with French

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Registering service invoices in ERP BaaN system (contracts, repairs, installations.
  • Entering invoices on Customer Portals.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers.
  • Opening claim forms in case of administrative disputes.
  • Archiving documents and data with attention to details and timelines.
  • Close cooperation with French team.
  • Following team goals.

Ihr Profil

  • At least 1,5 year of professional experience in similar position.
  • Very good knowledge of French (min. B2 level).
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Eligibility to work in Poland.
  • Well-developed MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
  • Good comminication skills with ability to listen and provide excellent customer support.
  • Very good organizational skills.
  • Strong proactive and business attitude.
  • Experience in using any ERP system will be an asset.
