Ihre Aufgaben

  • Processing customer complaints.
  • Analyzing and solving problems related to complaints.
  • Ensure timely and accurate complaints processing.
  • Control quality and completeness of daily work.
  • E-Mail contact with customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
  • Readiness to take part in continuous improvement.

Ihr Profil

  • Previous professional experience in similar position in Back-Office / Customer Support.
  • Very good knowledge of German (min. B2 level).
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Well-developed MS Office skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to work according to clearly defined rules.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).
