- Control quality and completeness of daily work.

- Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
- Readiness to take part in continuous improvement.
Ihr Profil
- Previous professional experience in similar position in Back-Office / Customer Support.
- Very good knowledge of German (min. B2 level).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Well-developed MS Office skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work according to clearly defined rules.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).
