Service Data Analyst

Ihre Aufgaben

In this role, you will act as a key analyst for obtaining a deeper understanding of our global Service business in order to ensure that we are utilizing all opportunities. This will maximize profitability and growth, while promoting field delivery efficiencies to units across the globe. With an increased focus on improving Field Service Delivery through efficiency and performance improvements, proper analysis and expertise to interpret KPIs and Metrics with the business is key to ensuring units have the strategic support and direction they need to maximize local business efforts. This role will be a key part of the Service Performance Management team within Global Service.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Design and delivery of Field Service management reporting, KPIs/metrics, and analysis 
  • Interpretation of business results for hands-on analysis and support of both local and global initiatives together with the business units 
  • Interact with data in various forms, and interpret how best to present the data set back to business resources 
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders on business problems requiring data to derive next steps and action items 
  • Documentation of Global KPIs, including management of the evolution of KPIs as more insights/experiences are gained through real-world application 
  • Follow-ups with Service Managers, Business Area Managers, Team Leaders, and other responsible parties regarding items and questions identified during both regular and ad-hoc analytical activities. 
  • Creating tool boxes and support for Service Managers to assist in local efficiency and performance improvement initiatives. 
  • Modeling of complex datasets to gain insights into historical performance, as well as forecasting of future performance to help plan initiatives and action items for improvement

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Engineering, Business, or Marketing, preferred. 
  • Experience building data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud preferred) – OR, a willingness to learn and master these tools. 
  • Experience with SQL queries 
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Ability to obtain a Passport, as well as necessary entry visas for target countries as needed. Travel expectations for this role are 20-30%.
  • Strong communication and language skills – additional language(s) a plus, but not required. 
  • Ability and willingness to work with an international team and a variety of cultures.
