Ihre Aufgaben

The Mettler Toledo Retail Group develops and implements the strategic software and product direction for our Network and Prepack products with a strong focus on the Americas. The Retail Support and Test Technician works within this group and closely with business leaders, product managers, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality teams and software teams to provide software quality services, current product support, and overall systems integration testing/validation for the US market.

Testing of Retail software applications and related tools sold in North America.
Troubleshooting and finding solutions for complex network topologies.
Implement automated testing tools for software and products.
Responsible for software/hardware quality analysis and reporting within our quality control guidelines.
Occasional field support for local field test locations for new products.

Ihr Profil

Associates degree in Computer/Technical related field
Experience working in a laboratory and/or test environment
Must be able to independently solve problems with minimal need of additional resources or assistance.
Experience working with network communications and client/server applications.
