Ihre Aufgaben

Key Purpose of the Role:

  • Manage dealers in terms of Service and Technical Support in SEA (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Philippines).
  • Develop Service Strategy for SEA.
  • Technical Consultancy, Warranty, Service & Repair.
  • Communicate with SBU on Technical and Quality Issues.
  • Service Competency Training for SEA dealers. Routine Function: -Liaising with current dealers and building rapport with them.

Routine Function:

  • Provide and present product & technical information to existing and new dealers.
  • Customize and communicate relevant information from the SBU to dealers on effective and practical technical solutions. -Interact with dealers and end-users on challenging issues.
  • Weekly updates and monthly report.
  • Book-keeping on Service Related issues.
  • Manage demo units to ensure good working performance

  • Degree/Diploma preferably in Mechanical AND Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
  • Valid driving license
  • Willing to travel within SEA region as and when required


  • First hand understanding of technical equipment mechanical & electrical system and seminar/marketing support
