Due to business growth our Telemarketing team here in Leicester is now looking to recruit three Telemarketing Specialists. The new team members will play a key role in contributing to the overall success of our business by generating leads through direct customer contact via the telephone. They will follow up marketing campaigns, contact existing customers to assess their needs for new products and call prospects to discuss how our product portfolio supports their business needs. They will be expected to share best practice and new ideas after each campaign to ensure that the team is consistently improving its offering to our customers. 
  • Independently execute division specific campaigns which will be prepared and briefed by the Marketing team 
  • Conduct high volume outbound calls to customers 
  • Generate high quality leads for our internal and external sales teams 
  • Qualify and update customer data in our CRM database • Work closely with the Marketing Team, incl. regular alignment and briefing meetings 
  • Update on progress of projects and generate reports at the end of each campaign 
  • Identify cross divisional lead opportunities as part of campaign execution 
  • Work on data qualification and research projects as required

Ihr Profil

The Telemarketing team is a competitive, fast paced and high energy team who play an important role within the business. We are looking for a proactive, motivated and tenacious individual who can add value to the existing team but also bring their own creative and upbeat energy to generate vital leads for the business. 

You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive work ethic and the desire to achieve your goals, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 

Ideally you will already have some experience gained in a telemarketing role, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. You will need to be confident in making a high volume of calls and have the personal motivation to achieve your targets and not be defeated when you have less successful days. You will need to be proficient in using IT systems and ideally have previous experience working to KPIs and meeting deadlines. 

The ideal person will be a professional, results orientated team player with the desire to work for an organisation who rewards you for success. We would like to find a suitable candidate who can work 3 days a week.
