Pipette Field Technician

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a Pipette Field Technician you will work at customer sites within the GTA area, servicing and calibrating pipettes. You will conduct mechanical and electronic measuring, recording, and inspection on pipettes serviced to ensure conformance to established specifications.

As a Pipette Field Technician you will also:
  • Ensure customer uptime requirements are met and that PM work at assigned accounts are completed on time
  • Assist and cooperate with Service Support Representatives whenever necessary
  • Lead the efforts in promoting and selling service products
  • Responsible for project management activities
  • Other duties as assigned 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 2-year college diploma in a technical field or minimum of one year related experience with Manufacturing, Instrumentation, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and prior work experience. 
  • Work experience with pipettes is required 
  • Strong organizational skills to successfully develop and schedule, process, and complete multiple tasks.
  • Must have a valid driver's license 
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
