Gathering requirements from customers (all over the world), marketing team to work on product development and innovations.

Software products (PC, mobile apps, cloud) for process analytical applications written in .NET framework (C#).

What is the role of Requirements Engineer?  

  • Acting as Scrum Product Owner. 
  • Making demonstration during software development projects.
  • Close cooperation with Software Development Team and Marketing Team.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Ensure continuous product development and innovation of existing and future software products (PC, mobile apps, cloud) for process analytical applications.
  • Gathering market requirements, identifying customer needs, defining product vision and prioritizing requirements. 
  • Plan and execute workshops and requirements reviews for new product generations. 
  • SCRUM product owner for the entire software product portfolio. Creating product backlogs in Azure DevOps, user epics and user stories. Definition of acceptance criteria. 
  • Close collaboration with software development team (sprint reviews, retrospectives, planning events) and UI/UX expert in Poland.
  • Working closely with the Research & Development department to define the technical specifications when connecting new sensor technology to the software. 
  • Ensure project goals are met in terms of timeline, product requirement and cost. 
  • Regular stakeholder demonstration during software development projects, evaluating feedback and defining action items. 
  • Responsible for product management of software accessories.

What You Need to Succeed

Hard skills: 
  • Relevant working experience in gathering and writing requirements.
  • Solid technical background, software application and product development skills as well as experience in development processes and tools (requirements, testing, quality, and development).
  • Experience in agile project management of software projects ideally with cross-site teams.
  • Excellent English skills. 

Soft skills: 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very good organizational skills. 
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking.
  • You are a team player. 
Nice to have: 
  • Technical understanding in the area of sensor and measurement technology or educational background in that area.
