Service Technician in Southern Branch - Johor

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • PM / Cal for all Industry/Lab Weighing, Product Inspection Online Equipment.
  • Installation of equipment
  • Cross Lead & trusted advisor
  • Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue
  • Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, calibration, verification, etc
  • Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Interact with customers’ technical teams
  • Develop customer's staff by providing technical training.
  • Self Development Plan: Problem solving skills.
  • Self Improvement initiatives: Commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
