Back-Office Specialist with French

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

If you like to work with system and documents, here you have possibility to manage and administrate service contracts. ðŸ’»ðŸ“‘

Your tasks:
  • Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
  • Create agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services,
  • Invoice of contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents,
  • Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
  • Respond to customer e-mail enquiries related to contract maintenance,
  • Cooperate with business partners in countries supported by the team.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous professional experience in similar positions,
  • Very good knowledge of French and English (min. B2 level - you'll be using it on a daily basis),
  • Well-developed MS Office skills,
  • Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
  • Ability to work according to clearly defined rules and focus on time frames.
That will be your additional asset: 
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.
