Your tasks:
- Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
- Create agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services,
- Invoice of contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
- Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents,
- Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
- Respond to customer e-mail enquiries related to contract maintenance,
- Cooperate with business partners in countries supported by the team.
- Previous professional experience in similar positions,
- Very good knowledge of French and English (min. B2 level - you'll be using it on a daily basis),
- Well-developed MS Office skills,
- Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
- Ability to work according to clearly defined rules and focus on time frames.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.
