- Define and maintain hardware asset management strategies.
- Develop comprehensive policies and self-service guidance to support IT Hardware Asset Management efforts.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Facilitate hardware asset management projects, monitoring progress and managing escalations.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our tracking system for accurate inventory and compliance.
- Provide insightful KPI reporting to stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles. 📊
- Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation.
- Drive initiatives that improve the end-user experience throughout the IT asset lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of transparency and governance in hardware asset management. 🚀
- Solid experience in hardware asset or inventory management (min. 2 years).
- Fluent communication in English and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of hardware asset life cycles and supply chain methods and processes; from purchase through disposal. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Familiarity with tools like Flexera, ServiceNow, and PowerBI would be a nice-have.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Previous experience successfully managing multiple projects and tasks.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects.
