HR Analyst

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The HR Analyst position plays a key role in leading Human Resources projects, managing the HCM data and job catalog, immigration and providing support for outplacement to all North America units. This role is key in driving continuous improvements within the HR group to enhance HR systems and processes to unit HR, leaders and employees. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
HCM and Job Catalog 
  • Play a key role in the development and implementation of the North American support model for SAP HCM. 
  • Partner with HCM power users / data stewards members to improve processes and enhance system capabilities. 
  • Create and provide training for HCM power users to ensure data consistency and integrity throughout North America. 
  • Create ad-hoc reporting in preparation for data analysis. 
  • Analyze HCM data to validate and audit information for accuracy and partner with power users to correct discrepancies. 
  • Develop and produce monthly reporting matrix highlighting findings from analysis along with actions taken to update data and enhance system accuracy. 
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance the end user experience. 
  • Maintain the Job Catalog and work with the global HCM team on broader SAP organizational structure changes. 
  • Responsible for the job description template across HR units; update, as needed, based on compliance requirements and changes. 
Project Management 
  • Responsible for taking the HR lead on assigned HR projects. 
  • Create HR training materials and deliver training when applicable. 
  • Assist HR Compliance Manager by providing weekly/monthly project updates and recommendations. 
  • Work collaboratively with DBS on assigned HR projects. 
  • Proactively communicate project delays, concerns, changes, challenges and opportunities to HR Compliance Manager. 
  • Provide a high level of HR service to unit HR teams through collaboration and effective communication. 
  • Use sound analytical abilities and business sense to lead initiatives, manage projects, and work as part of a project team. 
  • Provide hands-on style as well as give guidance on a range of tasks and projects consecutively. 
  • Have thorough knowledge of US laws and regulations as they pertain to projects and task assignment. 
  • Collaborate with HR Compliance Manager on special HR projects as needed. 
Program Management 
  • Serves as a corporate contact for HR and outside immigration attorney on visa related questions. 
  • Stays current with laws, regulations and procedures governing international mobility and immigration through our outside legal counsel and communicates changes to the HR units. 
  • Schedules quarterly meetings to review immigration cases 
  • Obtains quarterly report of open cases and shares with HR unit contacts and obtains feedback on cases from HR. 
Relocation & Outplacement 
  • Create program reporting and analytics to capture program activity and impact 
  • Projects related to above scope.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or relevant Human Resources experience. 
  • Prior SAP-HCM experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Equally comfortable and effective working individually, as part of a team, or as the leader of an assigned project. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
