PendoTECH, a Strategic Business Unit within METTLER TOLEDO's Process Analytics Division, is a leading supplier to the bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. PendoTECH delivers a line of single-use sensors, control systems and software for measuring, monitoring and data collection in bioprocess applications. 

We intend to reinforce our Global Market Management with a dynamic, communicative, assertive and flexible personality as:

Market Manager Europe 100% (m/w/d)

In this role, your responsibilities would include: 
  • As Market Manager SUS Europe you work closely with our independent channel partners in Europe, who promote and sell our single use process physical & analytical measurement systems
  • You successfully drive the implementation of marketing and sales strategies with the independent channel partners 
  • Together with the independent channel partner you will jointly develop and periodically review the  Business Plan to help reach their financial targets
  • Coach, support and train the field sales force during customer visits, trigger repeat and new sales, and leverage the sales support collaterals available at all levels. 
  • Besides working closely with the independent channel partners you have mandate to promote the measurement solutions directly at top End-users in Europe, forming relationships with key decision makers
  • You also manage and support all direct covered OEM in Europe, in conjunction with the Global OEM Key Account Manager
  • Generate opportunities for sales of process control systems targeted for Biopharmaceutical process development, and support partners and technical application experts in closing

Ihr Profil

The following requirements are necessary for this role:
  • Completed basic education in a technical or natural sciences field followed by a further education in a commercial discipline (sales coordinator, sales manager, marketing planner, MBA).
  • Must have upstream and downstream biopharmaceutical applications and bioprocessing work experience
  • 5 years of proven skills with key account or channel management & demonstrated success with penetrating and growing accounts/territories
  • Affinity and enthusiasm for technology and technical products aligned with commercial abilities.
  • Ability to communicate across different teams with various cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
  • You are willing to travel internationally 40% to 50%
