Service Quality and Data Analyst

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Service Administrator is responsible for the weight calibration schedule, field service technician process compliance, and for the depot repair transactions performed by third parties. This position demonstrates competency in process compliance and in maintaining data. Responsible for all aspects of the weight calibration schedule, including but not limited to; maintaining the weight kit list with due dates, sending reminders to service technicians, managing incoming and outgoing weight kits due for calibration, getting the weight kit cases repaired, and communicating with Measurement Canada regarding weight kits. Responsible for all aspects of field service technician process compliance including but not limited to; producing reports of technician process compliance, reviewing the data with the appropriate service leader, training field service technicians on how to be process compliant. Responsible for all aspects of the depot including but not limited to; managing incoming and outgoing repairs, customer contact, timely response and turnaround, working with sales to provide quotes, ensuring proper documentation and invoicing of work.

  • Tracks and monitors all weighing and measurement products received into the depot within CRM 
  • Ensures customer turnaround requirements are met and work is completed on time 
  • Reviews and signs off on all completed assignments and applicable documentation 
  • Complies with Mettler Toledo, ISO & Measurement Canada standards 
  • Responsible for assisting in the resolution of customer complaints and documentation problems 
  • Maintains productivity levels as determined by Leader and in accordance with established KPI's 
  • Completes all documentation in CRM reporting on-time and as per established procedures 
  • Works to ensure an atmosphere of teamwork, and participates with a positive attitude toward extended team 
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures facilitates Environmental Health & Safety program 
  • Submits all paperwork in a timely and professional manner, maintains a professional relationship with external/internal customers, sales, technicians and other leaders 
  • Must be available to work flexible hours to meet unexpected turnaround requirements from time to time 
  • All other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum 2-year college diploma in Quality Assurance/Control or Office Administration or equivalent education or experience in a Quality or Process compliance role. Experience with MS Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred. Experience working with a CRM is a plus. An understanding of ISO9001and 17025 standards is a plus.
