Integration Team Lead

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Mettler Toledo is seeking an Integration Team Lead at our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for projects and Service Delivery Management including SAP PO / CPI / GIS and so on.  Assess the business requirements, provide solution proposals, conduct design architectural reviews, technical workshops, fit-gap analysis and review/architect the solution proposals for complex integrations.  Support various integration projects using methodologies like ASAP, Agile, Waterfall.  Provide production support to ensure the defined SLAs and KPIs objectives are achieved, suggest improvements to operational procedures, establish governance rules within integration space.  Review, design and implement complex A2A and B2B integrations using various industry EDI standards.  Review, design and implement complex, reliable and secured integrations of systems/applications such as Hybris, SuccessFactors and so on; automate onboarding of external customers/vendors globally using various marketplaces such as Ariba, procurement systems, pricing systems, payroll, time and expense, travel, employee benefits, ITIL change management, secured ISO integrations with banks using encryption and certificates and other security protocols.  Provide expert level architectural solutions, design and implement the solutions (such as Business Roll-ins, Migration, Upgrades and so on) and manage/lead developers.  Heavily collaborate with various stakeholders such as business teams, cross functional and technical teams, act as primary point of contact for integration topics related to the various business areas to gather requirements, prioritize, assess and drive solutions end to end.

What You Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in software engineering or closely related field, such as electronics engineering, plus 7 years of experience: with overall IT including SAP Netweaver PI/PO; providing expert level architecture, design and implement solutions for various projects such as Roll-ins, Integration platform migration, SAP PI/PO upgrade, decommissions, system refreshes and patching; suggesting improvements to current operational procedures and establish Governance rules within Integration space; supporting integration projects through various phases from gathering business requirements, to cutover, go-live, hyper-care and post-implementation support using software development methodologies like ASAP, Agile and Waterfall; using industry EDI standards as cXML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12 and/or EANCOM;  good hands on with various communication protocols like SOAP, API, REST, SFTP, X400, AS2, IDoc, JDBC, JMS, RFC/BAPI, HTTPS, and/or FILE; and using multiple integration tools like SAP PI/PO, GIS, CPI and CRM Middleware; acting as point of contact for Integration topics for the different business areas and IT technical teams, collaborating with them to perform various activities to meet the business needs as Assess the business requirements, providing solution proposals and conducting design architectural reviews, technical workshops, fit-gap analysis and assess solution proposals of peers; designing, implementing, and automating complex A2A and B2B integrations, on premise and cloud base, of systems as CRM, ERP, HCM, MDM and/or e-Commerce; marketplaces and VANs for Customers/Vendors, procurement systems, accounting systems, pricing systems, payroll, time and expense, travel, employee benefits applications and banks using the industry best practices as Secured ISO integrations using Encryption and Certificates.  Included must have been 5 years of experience: performing effort estimations, reviews, risk analysis and preparation of risk mitigation plans of Interfaces; applying ITIL framework to ensure the achievement of defined SLAs and KPIs for Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management. Must have completed at least six End to End SAP full lifecycle implementations. Must have SAP Certifications on Process Orchestration or SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
