Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

    As part of our strategic business transformation program aiming at standardizing our major business processes globally and introducing SAP, we are searching for technology enthusiasts ready for a challenging IT career and focus on application development and maintenance providing practical programming and technology implementation on SAP ABAP (HANA environment). 
    You could have the opportunity to design and develop applications as per MT internal business requirements and provide end-to-end service and project delivery across all our MT Delivery Centre engagements using rapid development principles such as Agile to make software faster, flexible and stable. 
  • Working with SCRUM team opportunity to see end-to-end solution approach – design, build and test. 
  • Innovation to bring more business efficiency. 
  • Opportunity to work in HANA environment and grow to next level for S4 HANA.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education 
    • Masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural science or alike
  • Working experiences 
    • More than 4 years of SAP ABAP development experience. 
    • Experience with complex implementation and support projects, at least one international full-cycle implementation projects. 
  • Professional skills 
    • Strong knowledge on ABAP Object Oriented concepts, SAP Enhancement concepts, BADIs, User-Exits, SMARTFORMS, Interfacing technologies (ALE IDoc and Non-ALE, Proxy's) and RFC 
    • Knowledge on HANA (ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) – is plus. 
    • Excellent analytical, Debugging skills and Problem Solving skills 
    • Understanding on Agile development process – is plus. 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and communicative team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and willingness to learn, Self-motivated, positive attitude. 
    • Very good English skills (written and spoken)
