The Internal Sales Specialist will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to sell products and services, mainly on the phone. The expertise of the internal sales team covers different business areas: Laboratory, Industry, Process Analytics, Service.
S/he will report to the Internal Sales Manager and her/his main responsibilities will be:
- achieving sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo products and services;
- managing inbound leads (analyzing the clients’ needs, preparing quotations / participating in tenders, negotiating, closing the deals);
- identifying opportunities on the assigned client portfolio;
- proactively generating opportunities for other business areas or teams;
- working with Product Managers on complex deals;
- being the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaints.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably STEM disciplines);
- at least 1- 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably as Internal Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Internal Account Manager);
- intermediate level of English;
- good knowledge of MS Office;
- proactive and goal-oriented attitude;
- excellent negotiation skills.
The office is in Milan (Lorenteggio area). Possibility to work on smart working two days a week.
