Master Data Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Operational tasks and responsibilities: 
  • Supporting day-to-day master data management processes within the EU region. 
  • Performing quality checks (e.g. deduplication, compliance to the processes) to ensure the quality of master data. 
  • Fulfilling Service Level Agreements through timely execution of data requests. 
  • Monitoring and reporting master data metrics (e.g. ticket resolution success rate, ticket prioritization, etc.). 
  • Providing necessary training to local data stewards and power users.
  • Supporting local data stewards and business in any data-related issue or request.
  • Participate/Lead regular meetings with Data Stewards.
  • Act as 1st line of support for EU Bus in case of any data-related issues. 
Project tasks and responsibilities: 
  • Coordination activities with key users, BTEs, IT, and data stewards.
  • Reporting to Project Leads and accountable fully for particular data objects.
  • Supports tools development and is Single Point Of Contact for DS/KU during Data maintenance phases and HyperCare period.
  • Working with tools such as KNIME, VBA, UiPath in order to analyse data and improve the processes within the team and the company

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of working experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP CRM, in the area of material and/or customer and/or vendor data. 
  • Knowledge of SAP BP / SAP MM.
  • Good understanding of material and/or customer and/or vendor data management.
  • Good analytical and MS Excel Skills.
  • Very good English skills. 
  • Good communication and time management skills. 
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of MDG-M.
  • Knowledge of automatic and analytical tools.
