- The project manager is responsible for carrying out all project activities for the assigned project in compliance with MT PLM process
- Integrate project team members and establish a productive cross function/country project team
- Plan and setup of the project including schedule, investment, budget and resources required
- Defining work packages with team members / their supervisor and plan overall project
- Support quality activities and ensure project follows the defined process
- Monitoring and track project status, Change management, Track deviations against schedule, Responsible for the project related decisions in cooperation with line organization and overlaid management
- Monitor project costs (hours, consumables, R&D costs and product costs)
- Implement reporting, meeting and communication channels. Report (escalation when necessary) status, potential risks and KPIs to project review board as well as management
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Software or equivalent engineering field
- Minimum 5 years working experience and at least 3 years project/product management experience on new product development (Electronics Product). Development experience is a plus
- PMP certificate is a plus
- Good in spoken /written English, as well as good English presentation skill
- Communication Experience with foreigners especially with European and American
- Overall networking skill, team leading skill and people management skill
