Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Understand and validate different business requirements and related data management needs
  • Establishes and owns and enforces material and vendor data lifecycle management processes; understands and applies business requirements and change requests within these processes 
  • Defines roles and responsibilities of those processes
  • Ensure the processes, data rules and guidelines are documented and up to date
  • Facilitates training and provides training materials
  • Analysis of data objects in the area of SCM and PLM
  • Defines rules, standards and guidelines
  • Coordination of data processes and tool improvement initiatives (enhancements)
  • Support roll-in of units not being part of the data governance template
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new management and data governance processes
  • Work closely with IT (Solution Architects, Developers, etc.) to design and implement the solution
  • Create test cases and test changed functionality in close collaboration with the Test Management team
  • Training of business users and ensure that new processes are well understood

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field or commercial education with further education in business process design and modeling 
  • Prior experience in a business function within Supply Chain or Product Lifecycle Management (e.g. supply/demand planning, production, procurement, product management…) 
  • Strong analytical skills and structured working approach 
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English (business language), good presentation skills as well as a talent to tailor the communication to different audiences/cultures
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with other teams and stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills including the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with stressful situations
  • Experience in working within global environment (cultural awareness) 
  • Open for travel during the week (approx. 10%)
